I'm Diane Bruno — a certified life coach, published writer, and funeral professional. My career has taken me from New York City communications and public relations to funeral service and life coaching, giving me a unique perspective on people, relationships, loss, change, and the many transitions we experience throughout our lives.

Through life coaching, I help women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what comes next find clarity, make confident decisions, and move forward with greater intention. Sometimes, the hardest part isn't knowing what to do. It's being honest with ourselves about what needs to change.

My writing explores the experiences that connect us all — relationships, loss, mental health, aging, resilience, identity, and the complicated business of being human.
